    Abstract Acceptance Notification

    Authors will be notified of the acceptance status of their abstracts via email. Accepted abstracts will proceed to the next stage of the conference process.

    8 November 2025

    Payment Deadline

    All accepted participants must complete the payment by the deadline to confirm their registration. Failure to pay on time may result in exclusion from the conference program.

    10 November 2025

    Full Paper Submission Deadline

    Final papers must be submitted by the deadline for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Late submissions may not be considered for publication
